1. Do I need to make an appointment to come in?
We strongly recommend that you make an appointment if you are planning on coming in Friday - Sunday. However, walk-ins are welcome. If there are consultants and rooms available, then we are happy to work with you!
2. What is the price point of your dresses?
We carry dresses that vary in price, depending on the style and designer. Our store average is $1,600, but we carry gowns that range to $3,000. We also have a sale rack that offers discounted off the rack dresses from 25% to 50% off.
3. How do bridal dress sizes differ from street clothing?
Bridal sizing can be different per designer but typically bridal dresses run very small. Wedding dress sizes tend to be around 2-3 sizes above your pant size. For example, if you are a size 10 pant, you might be between a size 14-16 in bridal. We will take your measurements once you say yes to your dress and compare with the designer recommendations so that you are getting the exact size that you need!
4. How long do appointments last?
We schedule bridal appointments for 90 minutes. Private appointments after hours are available upon request and consultant approval.
5. How long will it take to get my dress in?
We recommend you purchase your dress 6-10 months before your wedding. The dress can take 3-6 months to come in, depending on the designer. This will give you time to do any alterations that are needed and allows time for your bridal portraits.
6. What should I bring to my appointment?
Inspiration pictures of your dream dress and/or anything that you want to incorporate in your look. We always welcome Pinterest boards! It's good to come prepared with any undergarments (Spanx, strapless bra, etc.) that you plan on wearing on your wedding day, but these items aren't required to try on dresses.
7. What is a trunk show?
A trunk show is when we show a designers collection. Sometimes with a discount included. This is a perfect time for a bride to come in because it gives you a chance to see dresses that we may not carry in the store. Check our events page to stay updated.
8. How do I pay for my dress?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and checks. For us to be able to order your gown, you need to pay at least half of the total. If you are not able to pay half then we have a layaway option which allows you to make monthly payments.
9. Do we carry bridesmaid dresses?
Unfortunately, we do not carry bridesmaid dresses at this time. We specialize in helping our brides find their perfect gown. If you would like recommendations for amazing brands our brides have loved send us an email or give us a call!
10. Are there plus size options?
Yes! We have over 70 plus size wedding gowns in various styles, making us the largest carrier in all of NWA. We do not charge extra for ordering in plus size and we are sure you will find your dream gown.
11. Are alterations included in the price?
Alterations are a separate cost, while our consultants are trained to know how dresses can be altered, we do not have a seamstress in store. We are happy to give you our recommendations for local seamstresses we trust to send our brides to! We also recommend working in the price of alterations into your budget.
